TAKEUSHOME™ Artifact 014 “TUH BLUE” | AUG 29 | 1 of 1
Created by hand on August 29, 2026, Artifact 014 came from a different point in the night.
After hours of creating pieces for the fashion show, fatigue started setting in. Instead of stopping, the process changed.
The designs became more stripped back. The outlining technique became a simpler way to keep creating following the natural structure of the garment with blue paint around the collar, shoulders, sleeves, sides, and hem.
At the center sits TUH, created through negative space.
What started as an easier way to work while tired became its own visual language.
And that’s part of what TAKEUSHOME represents: execution doesn’t always mean doing things the hardest way. Sometimes it means adjusting the process so you can keep moving.
The overspray, uneven borders, variations in coverage, and movement of the hand remain visible. The handwritten “TUH 014 / AUG 29” marking records exactly where this piece belongs in that night of creation.
