TUH 005 TRY SOMETHING NEW ARCHIVE 002
Created by hand on August 29, 2026, TAKEUSHOME™ Artifact 005 is built around experimentation, instinct, and allowing the creative process to develop as the piece is being made.
The front was created through freehand blue brushwork, using overlapping strokes, pressure, movement, and imperfections to form an abstract composition unique to this garment.
On the back, the original phrase included profanity. Knowing this piece was ultimately being created to be worn, that portion was intentionally covered and redesigned with TUH, leaving the final message:
“TUH IT — IT’S JUST ART…”
Instead of simply removing something that didn’t fit the finished garment, the correction became part of the design itself.
That’s the nature of Artifact 005: create, adjust, keep moving.
